Creating the future - Your tasks in our team

• Leading the subsidiary's Management Team based on PERI values
• Development and adjustment of the subsidiary's long-term and mid-term strategy together with the Management Team
• Responsibility for the implementation of the defined strategy within the subsidiary
• Act as a role model and align Management Team with the vision an mission statement of the PERI Group and ensure execution in day-to-day business
• Balancing of most effective sales generating business models
• Responsibility for market intelligence for the region (trends in technology, competition, market,
  customers, ...)
• Steering the Management Team to coordinate and support relationships with the frame contracts with key clients and key stakeholders
• Ensuring sustainable profitability and growth
• Cooperating closely with colleagues inother subsidiaries, regional teams as well as Business Areas and Central Functions

• University Degree (M.Sc.) in Engineeringor comparable
• Distinct and delegating leadership skills (5-8years of experience)
• Relevant management experience in an operative, P&L responsible unit, ideally as Department Manager and/or Managing Director in subsidiary
• Profound experience with sales & rental business model in comparable industry
• Strategy and sales orientation as well as very good understanding of economic correlations
• Excellent technical understanding and project management experience
• Good understanding of customer needs incl. technical competencies
• Very good command of Indonesian and English language
