POSITION SUMMARY
As the first Regional Sales Director for Juno Genetics in your region, your mission is to drive growth of our Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) portfolio—including PGT-A, PGT-M, and PGT-SR—by building strong relationships with fertility professionals and expanding market share. You will be the primary owner of customer relationships, responsible for managing the full sales cycle, developing new accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales & Territory Growth
- Achieve annual sales goals through strategic territory management and effective customer engagement.
- Own the entire sales process for assigned accounts—from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan, updating regularly to reflect market dynamics and opportunities.
- Compile and submit monthly sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM for account activity, pipeline, and forecasting.
Customer Relationship Management
- Call on infertility specialists (IVF physicians/reproductive endocrinologists), embryologists, genetic counselors, nurses, and clinic administrators.
- Present the benefits and clinical value of Juno Genetics’ PGT portfolio, tailoring messaging to customer needs.
- Conduct product in-services and training for clinical staff to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Market Development
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IVF/fertility space.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence on competitor activity, trends, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement targeted campaigns and territory initiatives.
- Represent Juno Genetics at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field OR equivalent professional experience in reproductive health.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in IVF, genetics, diagnostics, or related healthcare field.
- Documented track record showing a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on territory needs.
Preferred
- Experience selling to IVF clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and embryologists.
- Familiarity with PGT testing and assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
