We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of our cloud-native platform. Our goal is to provide scalable e-learning and cybersecurity solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, reducing risks through modern, event-driven technologies. This role requires a versatile developer — someone who can oversee the entire stack, work across different architecture layers, and provide hands-on expertise where needed.

What you will be working on:

1. Feature & Service Development: Design and implement new product features, services, and business logic to enhance our platform’s functionality and user experience.
2. End-to-End Ownership: Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and application workflows supporting seamless user interactions and system integrations.
3. Frontend & Backend Collaboration: Build intuitive, performant user interfaces while ensuring backend services are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
4. Business Logic Implementation: Translate business requirements into effective software solutions, working closely with product managers and designers.
5. Data-Driven Functionality: Develop features leveraging data insights, personalization, and automation using AWS services like Glue, QuickSight, and Athena.
6. Data & Insights Management: Oversee data collection, storage, and utilization to generate valuable insights, ensuring efficient data pipelines and analytics.
7. Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure best practices in security, authentication (Cognito, IAM), and performance tuning to deliver high-quality solutions.
8. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Proactively identify areas for improvement in architecture, code quality, and workflows.
9. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Guide the team on frontend and backend decisions, mentor junior engineers, and support product managers in shaping roadmaps.

Desired Experiences & Skills

1. Fullstack Development Expertise: Strong experience with modern frontend stack (React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (Python, Java, Node.js).
2. Cloud-Native & Serverless Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS services, serverless patterns, and event-driven architecture.
3. Infrastructure as Code Mastery: Proficiency in Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
4. Data & API Design: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and AWS analytics tools.
5. Security & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with IAM, OAuth, JWT, and cloud security best practices.
6. Problem-Solving & Hands-on Mentality: Ability to troubleshoot issues across the stack and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong Communication & Teamwork: Comfortable working across disciplines and guiding developers and product managers on best practices.
