A fast-growing SaaS company with around 100 employees and approximately €20 million in revenue was recently acquired and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth and integration. To strengthen the finance function and support the next stage of expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and hands‑on Head of Finance who will bring structure, transparency, and strategic direction to a highly dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead all financial management, reporting, and controlling activities, including KPI development and strategic performance monitoring.
• Build and scale robust financial processes to support rapid growth, integration, and cross‑border expansion.
• Drive M&A and due diligence efforts, including post‑merger integration and future acquisition projects.
• Partner closely with management and investors on financial strategy, forecasting, and operational decision‑making.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or a Big Four firm is highly advantageous.
• Strong hands‑on mentality, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
