As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager (all genders), you will be at the heart of TradeLink. Your goal is to manage a diverse set of customers to enhance their logistic processes—specifically, logistics collaboration. The key business priority is the successful adoption and productive use of our solution by customers. Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to our customers by understanding their business objectives, demonstrating early value creation, and helping them achieve their desired impact.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with each customer, develop project champions, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Ensure TradeLink is adopted across the organization and enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles.
  • Take ownership of your customers’ rollout processes throughout all stages of their journey, including partner activation.
  • Identify, understand, and clearly articulate user requirements to enable customer-focused product development.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within the customer base for upselling and cross-selling TradeLink services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and confirm opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of our network.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the logistics industry.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as high-growth start-ups or consulting.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Enjoy solving problems creatively and effectively, working in a focused and structured manner.
  • Be a strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Possess distinct analytical skills, be highly self-organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Be business fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
