One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Head of PMO focused on large scale IT projects where you will lead a team of 8 people. They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.

The position

• Grow team from 2 to 8 FTE to drive operational success.
• Strategically manage and optimize the PMO in partnership with steering.
• Oversee project and process management across IT and specialist departments.
• Implement project management methodologies, coach teams, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage and optimize requirements of company IT project portfolio, including selecting and implementing a new PMO tool.

Your experience

• Degree in business administration, (business) information technology or a comparable field of study.
• Experience in establishing or leading a PMO is required.
• Knowledge of IT-related topics and projects.
• Business fluent in German and English.
