Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex features and services on time and quality
• Independent problem solver on feature and bug level
• Ensure code quality
• Keep System Error-Free
• Contribute to customer satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
• Conduct code reviews
• Work on improving application performance and reliability and continuously identify and reduce tech debt
• Solid understanding of the tech vision and starting to contribute to progressing towards it

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proficient in Java and related tools and technologies (Ruby on Rails, Node)

• Competent in system architecture and design patterns

• Ability to apply software development best practices and principles on a daily basis

• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.

• Ability to utilise expertise and experience to reach a high level of productivity

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• High level of motivation and eager to learn
