Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) – Storefront

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Product Manager (m/f/d) to support our A BOUT YOU Partner Portal onsite in Hamburg.

Our ABOUT YOU Partner Portal is part of the Supply Tech Unit and is a single point of contact for the entire partner journey across operating models, including several features and dashboards that enable partners to monitor and manage their business easily.

What you will do

• Manage independently at least one circle or project and mainly take responsibility for your team’s output
• Build on your technical know-how to support the integration process of service providers and consumers from specification and API definition to QA and release
• Influence the product that is used by a growing number of clients, which should be developed in a generic way that suits all existing clients
• Take hands‑on responsibility by supporting your Product Lead and Tech Lead in regards to project management tasks
• Management of and communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Triaging operative issues, identifying technical dependencies and evaluating business impact
• Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high and bring drive into your project topic

Who you are

• Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
• At least 3 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You are analytical, data‑driven and focused on efficiency and solutions
• Understanding of the APIs, databases & SDKs
• You are willing to take product responsibilities on yourself, with the help of your Product Lead
• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
