Overview


We are seeking a highly driven Technical Sales Manager to grow our business with major automotive customers in the European market. This role focuses on non-standard automation solutions, requiring the ability to understand complex technical needs and translate them into customized proposals. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, cultivate strong customer relationships, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution. What You’ll Do



  • Drive business development and sales across Europe, focusing on automotive, EV battery, e-mobility, and industrial automation sectors.

  • Work closely with customers’ engineering and purchasing teams to understand technical needs and deliver the right automation solutions.

  • Build and grow long-term relationships with OEMs/Tier‑1 accounts (Europe).

  • Collaborate with our engineering team in China to turn customer requirements into feasible technical solutions.


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field – preferred areas include Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering/Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical background.

  • 3–10+ years of experience in technical sales within robotics integration, automotive engineering solutions, and industrial automation.

  • Strong network or experience with OEM/Tier‑1 customers.

  • Ability to understand engineering drawings, automation concepts, and production processes.

  • Fluent English and German are required. Additional languages are a strong asset.
