We’re Hiring: Creator Manager (m/f/d) – Cologne

Summary:

As a Creator Manager, you will manage relationships with everyone from micro-influencers to major key opinion leaders across Europe, serving as the main point of contact for all creator-related matters. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, TikTok creators, and brands to drive impactful campaigns. We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial team player with strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and develop our agency’s TikTok creator community
• Set up and monitor the affiliate program for our partner sellers
• Handle both 1:1 and group creator management
• Facilitate creator x brand matchmaking and set up exclusive brand collaborations with influencers across Europe
• Track creator KPIs and analyze performance metrics

Profile:

• Min. 1 year of experience in a related industry
• Strong communication skills & result-oriented mindset
• Empathetic, structured and entrepreneurial
• Preferably with an existing network and social media background

Must-Have Requirements:

• Abitur or higher education
• Fluent in English & German (Chinese is a plus)
• Based in Cologne or the surrounding area
• Open-minded, collaborative, and can-do mindset
