Senior Professional SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaft (m/w/d)

DAS MACHST DU

• Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des SAP HCM mit Schwerpunkt Zeitwirtschaft (PT) und der Schnittstelle zu angrenzenden Systemen und Modulen
• Analyse und Qualitätssicherung des SAP HCM PT Produktivsystems
• Erstellung, Abstimmung und Implementierung fachlicher sowie technischer Konzeptionen
• Beratung von HR Business Partnern, Personalreferenten und Zeitsachbearbeitern in Bezug auf die Zeitwirtschaft
• Unterstützung und Betreuung interner Anwender von SAP HCM in den Bereichen Zeitwirtschaft und Entgeltabrechnung
• Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten sowie Übernahme von Sonderthemen in den HR-Prozessen
• Steuerung der Rollouts von HR-Anwendungen Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Auswertungen für Endanwender im Bereich SAP HCM PT sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Modulen
• Durchführung von Präsentationen, Trainings, Workshops und Coachings für Anwender des Zeitwirtschaftssystems

DAS LIEFERST DU

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Qualifikation im Fachgebiet Personalwirtschaft
• Expertenkenntnisse in SAP HCM sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Personalwirtschaftsprojekten
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Office 365
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in Produktionsbetrieben
• Engagement im Wissenstransfer und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Teamfähigkeit, positives Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsstärke, um auf allen Hierarchieebenen adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
• Serviceorientierung und analytisches Beurteilungs- und Beratungsvermögen
