The new Teads is the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. Teads is looking for a driven and innovative Industry Director to join our growing Strategic Accounts team in Hamburg. In this role, you will take the lead in cultivating high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence across CPG accounts in Germany. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with globally renowned advertisers in the CPG industries, leveraging Teads’ cutting-edge full-funnel advertising solutions.

This role demands a strong leader who can effectively manage relationships at an executive and C-level while seamlessly aligning with multi-market teams and global stakeholders. You will be a trusted partner to some of the most recognised brands in the world, including Danone, Nestlé, Ferrero, Unilever and numerous leading brands in CPG.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and nurture strong, senior-level relationships with CPG advertisers across DACH region, positioning Teads as a trusted partner in their media portfolios and ensuring our innovative advertising solutions become an indispensable part of their media strategies.
  • Understand client business needs deeply to craft and deliver innovative solutions that align with their objectives and maximise results.
  • Represent Teads in industry events, share best practices, and engage in ongoing knowledge exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to secure Teads’ presence in core media plans and activation budgets across client departments, including Marketing, Insights, and Data.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across multi-market teams to align on client needs, ensure consistency in delivery, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Take ownership of client portfolios, working independently to drive growth while aligning with global objectives.
  • Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, bringing insights to both internal and client discussions.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Solid experience in media or digital advertising, ideally within the CPG sectors. A strong network among top marketing and media agencies decision-makers in the DACH region is essential.
  • Proven ability to establish and foster long-term, meaningful partnerships with senior executives and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver best-in-class, tailored presentations for clients.
  • Strong understanding of online video, display, and performance advertising, with an understanding of cross-channel dynamics and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Skilled in converting business from other media channels and understanding cross-channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Business English is essential
