How You’ll Make An Impact
- Anticipate future risks as part of SE’s agile, innovative internal audit team.
- Act as a change agent by contributing to forward-looking, business-critical projects.
- Perform data analyses to identify risks early in the audit planning stage.
- Complete audit engagements in coordination with the Director, applying analytical skills to uncover root causes and business impact.
- Take ownership of assigned audit tasks by understanding process flows, risks, and consequences of observations.
- Conclude and document findings, participate in closing meetings, and define mitigating actions with management.
What You Bring
- Digitally minded operational or financial professional with strong academic background (accounting, finance, engineering, IT, business administration, legal, or equivalent); CA, ACCA, CPA, MBA, or Data Analytics degree a plus.
- Extensive experience in a multinational enterprise, Big4 accounting firm, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in at least one key area: Accounting, Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international environment.
- Great teammate with results orientation and potential to grow into leadership roles at Siemens Energy.
- Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to travel globally (up to 50%).
