Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing assembly work, commissioning, and service in international plant construction
• Coordinating the assembly team, external and subcontractors
• Leading site meetings and coordinating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Serving as the main contact for clients and subcontractors
• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards, costs, and deadlines
• Adhering to national and international safety regulations
• Reporting to project management or external assembly leadership

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational or technical training
• Extensive experience in assembly and/or construction management within plant engineering
• Organizational skills, independence, cost awareness, and assertiveness
• Decisive and solution-oriented personality with high customer focus
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 90%)
• Driver's license Class B
