Step into a leadership role at HUGO BOSS and help us shape the future of our global workforce! As a Team Leader in Talent Acquisition, you will lead a fantastic team of 13 individuals and drive excellence in talent acquisition strategies.

What you can expect:

• Inspire and guide a talented team of 13 professionals, fostering growth and excellence in talent acquisition.
• Enhance our employer brand by crafting narratives that resonate globally and attract exceptional candidates.
• Ensure process excellence by driving globally aligned recruiting and employer branding standards.
• Cultivate an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine our recruitment processes and achieve outstanding results.
• Implement diversity hiring strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiting & employer branding) within a global company.
• At least 2 years of successful leadership experience, ideally in an international team.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leveraging recruitment analytics.
• Experience in designing comprehensive interview assessments focused on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ability to craft compelling employer branding narratives that resonate with our company culture and values.
• Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
