We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) Architectural Coatings EMEA Commercial to join our team and drive talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness for a regional SBU.
The role can be based anywhere within EMEA (near PPG Headquarters).
Your Key Responsibilities:
Organization Development & Effectiveness
- Design and optimize organizational structures to align with strategy and cost objectives.
- Drive staffing strategies to build required capabilities.
- Lead change management initiatives and measure their impact.
Workforce Planning
- Streamline organization through restructuring.
- Develop HC forecasts aligned with business initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
Capability Building
- Coach leaders on performance management and talent decisions.
- Support strategic hiring and executive onboarding.
- Drive talent development and engagement initiatives.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Enhance Commercial Excellence (CE) capabilities and sales incentives.
- Strengthen operational effectiveness within business functions.
What you bring to the role:
- Strategic & Operational Execution: Anticipate market trends, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent HR execution across regions.
- Collaboration & Influence: Act as an integrated HR partner, build strategic relationships, and navigate stakeholder dynamics effectively.
- Results-Driven Approach: Leverage data to enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and benchmark against industry best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- HR Leadership: 10+ years in international HR leadership roles within industrial manufacturing, covering all HR functions (business partnering, talent, labor relations, etc.).
- Regional & Global Expertise: 5+ years leading HR for a large-scale region or division in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Change & Crisis Management: Successfully navigated HR through major transformations, crises, and economic challenges.
- International Exposure: Experience managing HR across multiple countries, adapting to diverse labor laws, cultures, and business environments.
