As a STO & MRO Pursuit Leader, you will pursue activities related to Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Outages (STO), and Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO) across business units in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), coordinating with business unit and global project pursuit teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Grow and manage the STO & MRO project funnel and share it with partners regularly; champion new ideas and innovative approaches including positioning ISW and AspenTech solutions.
- Leverage operational certainty and relationship management principles to position strategic selling points and create differentiated angles of approach in competitive installed base sites.
- Solicit opportunities, initiate specification reviews, and support BU pursuit processes, e.g., with strategic rationale, comparable cases, or business impact for DOA calls.
- Develop sales strategies; forge relationships with defined end users, partners, and engineering contractors; have direct involvement during sales pursuits, proposal generation/submittal, and contract negotiations, plus supporting project execution, delivery, start-up/commissioning, and final project handoff.
- Learn/teach service and sales teams to increase overall hit rate; engage in creating or distributing targeted marketing campaigns and collateral; shape and participate in the European lifecycle services community and expertise in Europe.
- Report on funnel, bookings, hit rates, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis by business units and project types as requested for region or business unit; leverage CRM and Power BI standard processes.

For This Role, You Will Need :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in German and English.
- The ability to successfully identify and build lasting relationships with key partners at customers, contractors, and third parties influencing business decisions.
- The ability to lead indirect teams, including assigning and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- The ability to structure and establish formal and informal networks, follow up on pursuits, and coordinate communication with global customers and local pursuit team members.
- Based in DACH with access to highways, airports, and railroads - Travel approximately 50%.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
- Industry proficiency in the chemical and industrial space, preferably in automation.
- Experience with service and maintenance personnel scheduling and execution.
