Senior Fullstack Developer - Java, React – Leadership Pathway - Dresden - 90k

I'm currently working with a fast-growing tech company based in Dresden that's building cutting-edge solutions for the fiber-optic infrastructure space (FTTH). They’re looking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to take on technical and leadership responsibility for a key product that’s driving real-world impact in the digital infrastructure sector.

The Role

As the technical lead for one of their core teams, you’ll take ownership of the development and ongoing evolution of a modern FTTH expansion platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll:

• Guide and grow a team of developers in an agile, collaborative environment
• Work across the stack—Java on the backend, React on the frontend
• Collaborate closely with designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-focused solutions
• Bring technical vision and initiative to complex, high-impact challenges

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java + React)
• Solid grasp of relational databases, Kubernetes, and ORM frameworks
• Ideally experience with cloud hosted systems.
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity—able to guide, inspire, and support others
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Fluency in German and English
