What you can expect:

As an Investment Manager (m/f/d), you will become a key member of our investment team, contributing to the execution of strategic M&A and financial initiatives across our target market. In this role, you’ll need to be a confident and professional self-starter, adept at interacting with senior leadership both within the company and with external partners. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about meeting the company’s growth objectives by closing deals and driving strategic goals forward.

Tasks:

  1. Support finance and M&A activities in Europe, Latin America and Central Asia
  2. Assist commercial discussions and support execution of M&A transactions (LOI, MOU, SPA, etc)
  3. Perform financial valuations for individual projects and portfolios across different regions, utilizing sophisticated financial models
  4. Contribute to the development of investment strategies, aligning them with the company’s broader strategic goals and identifying new business opportunities
  5. Standardize and elaborate investment materials (teasers, investment memoranda)

Profile:

  1. Master's degree in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Finance or comparable
  2. At least three to five years of professional experience in a related position
  3. Talented in communication and negotiation skills
  4. Very good English language skills
  5. Willingness to travel
  6. Great interest in renewable energies
  7. Self-driven with a high level of personal responsibility
  8. Openness to work in an international team and environment
