Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize our platforms in the company’s own data centers, ensuring high availability and performance through proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting with Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, and Alertmanager .
• Continuously improve infrastructure scalability and reliability by automating deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code concepts (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and maintaining GitLab CI / CD pipelines .
• Collaborate closely with software development and platform teams as the technical interface, supporting application rollouts, infrastructure requirements, and performance optimizations in Kubernetes.
• Design, deploy, and manage NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, Cassandra ) in Kubernetes via StatefulSets , ensuring data persistence, resilience, and optimal resource utilization.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies through Slack Days and internal projects, piloting new solutions to enhance automation, observability, and platform reliability.
