• Yet, existing solutions are either unreasonably expensive, inconvenient or ineffective, leaving millions unprotected.


• We’re building the opposite: a smart, affordable alarm solution for businesses and households — directly connected to an automated 24/7 monitoring center. Think factories & warehouses, offices, retail chains and retail stores and longer term also infrastructure and Government.


• Our solution provides protection against break-ins (Police), fires (Fire Department), and medical emergencies (Ambulance).


• Our goal is to democratize access to security.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Build a love brand and create a go-to app that ensures users feel safe — at home and on the move (including family/kids).
• Own the full P&L, taking responsibility for performance, growth, and financial sustainability.
• Integrate and streamline operations workflows, from on-site installations to seamless connection with the 24/7 alarm center.
• Drive product and tech innovation, especially through AI-powered automated monitoring and smart incident handling and an APP.

Qualifikation

• You’re a driven individual with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
• You thrive when given autonomy — defining your own projects and goals, and executing them with minimal oversight. You have strong communication skills, know how to build lasting relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• You’ve demonstrated excellence, whether through academics or personal/professional projects, and you’re passionate about tech and transforming traditional industries through modern technology.
• You are fluent in German.
