Job Title: Head Vehicle Energy (m / f / d) for Innovation in E-Mobility Division

As the Head Vehicle Energy (m / f / d) for Innovation in the e-mobility division, you will accelerate and enable the VT transition to an electrification champion by providing new, highly attractive solutions for battery electronics, power net components, DCDC, and OBC (Onboard Charger) from a system and architecture perspective.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Identify, develop, and drive the implementation of product concepts for the next generation of battery electronics and power net components, including BMS, DCDC, and OBC.
  2. Guide the division E & global VT towards positioning and value creation on next-generation products. Deliverables include system design up to pilot demonstration.
  3. Lead projects for technology development within interdisciplinary and intercultural teams, closely aligned with the product line and global engineering teams.
  4. Partner within the VT organization and globally with OEMs, leading institutes, start-ups, and engineering companies for scouting and evaluation.
  5. Develop KPIs aimed at reaching the system sweet spot for Vehicle Energy components.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Academic degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Long-term work experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to gain organizational buy-in and advanced project management experience.
  • International and intercultural experience.
  • Business-fluent English skills; German is an advantage.
