Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology

Your responsibilities

  1. Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as 2nd level support
  2. Monitor the device throughout the entire product lifecycle
  3. Analyze and resolve technical problems, including on customer sites
  4. Conduct technical training courses for the technical support staff in EMEA
  5. Provide customer support for instrument-specific software applications
  6. Manage escalations and complaints in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
  7. Prepare and update technical documentation
  8. Communicate directly with the parent company S-Corp in Japan

Your profile

  • Degree in medical technology or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical support, as well as in designing and conducting training courses
  • Profound expertise in electrical and medical engineering, along with IT knowledge
  • Strong customer orientation and motivational skills
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills
