Senior Pricing Actuary (m / f / d)

WHO WE LOOK FOR

Do you have a strong analytical understanding and a sense for strategic pricing? Then become our centralSenior Pricing Actuary (m/f/d) and establish yourself as our "Pricing Hero"!

In this position, you will always maintain an overview, take responsibility for our pricing strategy and ensure the data-driven management of our portfolio. The position can be performed from our office in Rostock as well as remotely from Germany or the EU.

YOUR FUTURE WORK TASKS

• You develop and implement a company-wide pricing strategy based on internal business goals and market data.
• You establish and manage a systematic portfolio and price management approach.
• You conductregular profitability and performance analyses to support strategic pricing decisions.
• You work closely with the Product, Sales, and Finance teams to define and execute data-driven price adjustments.
• You design and improve tools and processes that enable agile and flexible pricing adjustments.
• You continuously monitor market trends and competitors to refine our pricing approach.
• You act as the go-to-person for all pricing-related topics across the company

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You hold auniversity degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statisticsor a comparable field of study.
• You are a certified actuary (DAV or equivalent) or currently in an advanced stage of actuarial training.
• You haveseveral years of professional experience in pricing or analytical roles – ideally at an MGA or (re)insurer.
• You feel comfortable working in environments with limited or incomplete data – ideally through experience in InsurTechs or fast-paced settings.
• You bring strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with large datasets (e.g. Python, R or SQL).
• You are a confident communicator with experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• You arefluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
