DEINE ROLLE

• Prozessberatung in Life Sciences: Analyzing and transforming business processes in the Life Sciences industry, especially in Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, and laboratory service providers.
• ERP-Expertise: Supporting and advising our renowned clients in implementing and optimizing tailored solutions based on leading ERP providers.
• Regulatorische Expertise: Basic understanding of project phases and accompanying ERP projects from requirements analysis to successful commissioning.
• Projektmanagement: Awareness of quality gates and timelines in ERP projects, supporting structured and smooth implementation.
• Kundenkommunikation: Serving as the main contact for clients, providing strategic advice, and identifying further optimization and innovation potentials.
• Branchen-Know-How aufbauen: Developing our ERP consulting service portfolio for Life Sciences and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

DEIN PROFIL

• Fachlicher Hintergrund: A degree in Business Informatics, Bioinformatics, Business Administration, a natural science, or a related field.
• Berufserfahrung: At least 5 years of professional experience in process or ERP consulting focused on the Life Sciences industry.
• ERP-Kenntnisse: Experience with cloud-based ERP systems, especially leading ERP providers, and their application in mission-critical processes.
• Prozesswissen: Deep understanding of key end-to-end processes in the Life Sciences industry.
• Analytische und kommunikative Stärken: Structured working style, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German and good English skills for confident communication.
