How you work

As a team of up to eight experts in the areas of strategy, development and design, you share end-to-end responsibility for the software. You deploy ready-made software components in the cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Google Cloud) and communicate directly with users from a wide range of industries.

• develop AI concepts together with customers and support their implementation in agile projects.
• contribute strategically and in terms of content to the design of the AI area at the Bonn location.
• explain complex AI topics in an understandable way - in the team, to customers and in sales.
• work on data-driven applications - from PoCs to productive solutions.
• help with data analysis, model selection and integration of ML components.
• develop Python-based services and integrate APIs for communication and data processing.
• think about solutions holistically - including scaling, optimisation and sustainable architecture.
• contribute new ideas and enjoy trying out new technologies as part of a team.
• work flexibly, solution-orientated and with a good sense of priorities.
• help to develop AI concepts with added value and present them convincingly.

Skills

What you bring to the table

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, data science or similar (BA/MA)
• At least 2 years of practical experience in AI/ML projects
• Desire to be involved in consulting and strategy development for our sales department
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working and flexibility with changing requirements
• High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and AI development
• Team spirit and strong communication skills - also in customer contact
• Motivation to actively shape the AI area at SprintEins
• Very good German and good English skills
