Your responsibilities

  • Independent management of service and operational contracts, and control of service contract implementation
  • Planning and conducting service review meetings with clients and contract reviews with internal stakeholders
  • Migration of processes and implementation of transition and operational phases
  • Proactive, continuous review and optimization of processes to ensure ongoing quality of our services
  • Supporting sales, e.g., with calculations, tenders, and concepts

Your profile

  • Completed training or a successfully completed university degree in information and communication technology or communications engineering
  • Several years of experience in service business as a Service Delivery or Customer Support Manager
  • Ideally, ITIL knowledge
  • Interest in diverse activities with different customer groups, service modules, and system technologies
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills required
