Head of Regional Purchasing EMEA (m/f/d)

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

• Leitung aller taktischen und transaktionalen Einkaufsaktivitäten in der Region EMEA sowie das Management der Schnittstellen zu den jeweiligen Stakeholdern in der Geschäfts-, Global Sourcing-, Finanz- und Buchhaltungsorganisation
• Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen entlang dieser Schnittstellen durch den Einsatz von Lean-Tools und anschließende Umsetzung der Empfehlungen
• Führung eines Teams von 90 Mitarbeitern in drei regionalen Einkaufszentren in Deutschland, der Tschechischen Republik und Mauritius sowie der entsprechenden Kostenbudgets
• Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung regionaler kategoriespezifischer Einkaufsstrategien
• Erreichen von kritischen und wichtigen KPIs, die die Kontrolle der Ausgaben, die Genauigkeit der Verarbeitung, die Qualität und die Produktivität sicherstellen
• Überwachung und Bewertung der Servicelevels und Genehmigung von Aktionsplänen, die sich aus kritischen Leistungsmängeln ergeben

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse mit mehr als 8 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
• Nachgewiesene globale Erfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung in verschiedenen Funktionen
• Fähigkeit zur klaren Kommunikation mit Interessenvertretern und Führungskräften in DPDHL-Unternehmen
• > 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einem multikulturellen Umfeld.
• Konzeptionelles Denken/Analytik
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung großer Teams über mehrere Standorte hinweg
• Ausgezeichnete Management-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Umfassende Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Gute Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung

We are looking for

Head of Regional Purchasing EMEA (m/f/d)

What will you be responsible for:

• All tactical and transactional Purchasing activities in the Region EMEA as well as managing the interfaces to the respective stakeholders in the Business, Global Sourcing, Finance and Accounting organization
• Driving continuous improvements along these interfaces by utilizing lean tools, and then leading implementation of recommendations
• Leading a team of 90 employees across three Regional Purchasing Centers in Germany, Czech Republic, Mauritius and the respective cost-budgets
• Develop, align and implement regional category specific purchasing strategies
• Achievement of critical and key KPI ensuring control of spend, processing accuracy, quality & productivity
• Monitoring & evaluation of service levels and approving any action plans, which result from critical service performance failures

What should be your profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree or comparable diploma´s with > 8 years of related experience
• Proven global experience in the Procurement domain in various roles
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and leaders in DPDHL businesses
• >8 years of experience in a multicultural environment
• Conceptual thinking/analytics
• Proven experience in leading large teams across several locations
• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills
• Extensive experience in project management
• Problem solving skills
