Head of Production Line (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Independent management of a production unit with responsibility for costs, quality, key figures and personnel scheduling
• Further development of the lean production systems of O-ring production
• Organization of the department according to business management aspects
• Optimal use of personnel, equipment and materials
• Continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational processes
• Close cooperation with the technical development departments, quality management and product marketing
• Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements
• Leadership and development of the team
• Ensuring all HSE-relevant tasks with active participation.

Qualifications

• Business or technical studies or corresponding further training
• Leadership experience or corresponding training and education
• Experience in production processes of a manufacturing / lean production and knowledge of business contexts
• English language skills
