Your Role - What Awaits You: You enjoy working at the interface between business topics and IT? You also want to actively shape the transformation of our life sciences customers in their core processes and applications, and lead them into the digital world? Then you are exactly right at adesso!
In your role as Senior Consultant, you are the link between experts and implementing IT. Here, you address regulatory issues and design the corresponding business processes for our customers, select the right technologies, accompany the relevant documentation, and test our IT solutions.
In detail, you will take on the following tasks:
- Advising our customers on tailored solutions for optimizing and digitalizing their laboratory processes
- Leading projects for selecting and introducing laboratory IT systems (LIMS, LIS, ELN, and others) using agile methods and classic project management
- Supporting our sales team in acquisition and presales activities
- Requirements management to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., GxP, ISO, FDA)
- Advising, coaching, and moderating project teams on regulatory and procedural issues
- Mediating between laboratory management, IT, and C-level
Your Skills - What You Bring:
- Besides a completed degree in natural sciences, computer science, or a comparable qualification, what counts most is the ability to focus on the essentials and a passion for digital transformation processes, as well as the desire to think about new topics and discover new technologies, tools, etc.
- At least 3 years of industry experience in laboratory digitalization, for example, in requirements management of laboratory systems and in the application of the ISO 17025 standard or GAMP5
- You have experience with laboratory software solutions like LIMS and ELN and demonstrate an understanding of the surrounding data architecture and integration.
- In addition, you score with a great willingness to learn, as well as with your open, communicative, and helpful nature, and your design and analytical-conceptual skills.
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Project-related travel readiness
