Test System Architect - Industrial Communication (m/f/d)

Your Job:

1. Creation and implementation of strategic concepts for industrial communication test systems in R&D and the plants
2. Responsibility for the organisation, planning, realisation and maintenance of all standardised basic components (hardware and software) required for this
3. Central point of contact for internal business partners worldwide and for external service providers
4. Responsibility for requirements management as well as development and coaching of a company-wide network
5. Representation of the specialist discipline in group-wide committees

Your qualification:

1. Successfully completed studies in engineering, computer science or comparable qualification, ideally a master's degree
2. Several years of experience in industrial communication/field bus technology and the concepts of Industry 4.0, PC and PLC programming, as well as the design of software architectures
3. In-depth knowledge and confident use of network analysis tools (hardware and software) and the associated measurement technology, as well as experience in the development and testing process of software platforms, modern software development methods and test strategies
4. Experience in the area of functional safety and product security is desirable
5. Very good knowledge of English
6. Enthusiasm for technical systems, enjoyment of working in a team and strong analytical and conceptual skills
