Join to apply for the SAP EWM Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) role at JACK WOLFSKIN.

Your adventure will begin as soon as possible in our Central Distribution Centre in Neu Wulmstorf as an SAP EWM Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EWM implementation & support, integrating with relevant ERP modules (LE, WM, QM, PP, SD, MM).
  • Analyze requirements & design business processes for projects and enhancements.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions with long-term business value.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from analysis to support.
  • Configure and customize SAP EWM (outbound, inbound, internal processes, inventory, shipping & quality management).
  • Set up & manage RF integration & MFS, including documentation of configurations.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system stability.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on SAP EWM best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders & teams to optimize business processes.
  • Stay up to date with SAP EWM developments & industry trends to identify improvements.

Your DNA:

  • Many years of experience in SAP system design (SD, MM) and of SAP EWM configuration and implementation, along with a relevant degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills in configuring SAP EWM, SD, MM, LE, and WM, including integration with ERP systems (ECC & S/4HANA).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting interfaces between ERP and EWM, including debugging TRFC queues and understanding ABAP (a plus).
  • Proficiency in SAP EWM functionalities, RF queue management, ITS mobile setup, and configuring RF processes for warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MFS for implementation, support, and troubleshooting in automated warehouse environments.
  • Strong knowledge of designing and configuring the Post Processing Framework (PPF) and setting up print outputs.
  • Ability to discuss best practices, articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, and produce clear documentation.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, work in cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in international/multicultural teams, with on-site presence for at least three days.
