What you'll do
- Lead a team of approximately 15 talented professionals, with occasional travel to support sales teams worldwide.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders shaping our global strategy and roadmap for sales excellence in light of our group strategy.
- Globally drive change within sales by enabling regional and local sales leadership.
- Simplify and optimize sales processes in partnership with IT teams, ensuring user-friendly solutions for field teams.
- Integrate sales and marketing processes to leverage the full potential of the 'digital ecosystem'.
- Create impact by driving the global rollout of the integrated quotation process.
Who you are
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with several years of field sales experience, ideally in the construction materials industry or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on results and talent development.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing sales processes using Salesforce.com (or similar platforms).
- Skilled in driving change management initiatives in international and diverse environments.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-suite stakeholders.
- A strong leader and communicator who thrives in large-scale transformation programs.
