1. Design and develop Cloud-Native applications with a strong backend focus using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
2. Actively contribute to building and scaling large, complex data platform projects in a cloud-native environment.
3. Drive Kubernetes-based application deployment, orchestration, and infrastructure automation—CKAD or CKA certification is a strong plus.
4. Test, validate, and iterate on features based on customer feedback and product metrics.
5. Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align on business requirements and technical goals.
6. Translate user and business demands into clear and feasible engineering tasks.
7. Make robust technical decisions and take ownership in driving the product and platform to the next level.
8. Share your knowledge and mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and active knowledge exchange.
9. Take part in tech discussions, contribute to conferences, and help shape our engineering culture with new tools and best practices.

8. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
9. Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
10. Strong backend experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
11. Exposure to frontend ecosystems like React is a plus.
12. Experience building and deploying applications on Kubernetes (CKAD or CKA certification is a bonus).
13. Familiar with CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
14. A solid academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
15. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
