Are you ready to join us?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Development to lead high-impact initiatives shaping our future. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with the C-Suite and key stakeholders to develop our strategy and lead complex, cross-functional projects.

You Will

  • Develop and execute corporate strategies to improve business performance, including growth planning, cost optimization, and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with the Executive Committee to identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable expansion.
  • Lead financial and operational analyses to assess risks and opportunities, aiding executive decision-making.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating across departments to improve processes and scalability.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate processes, increase efficiency, and gain competitive advantages.
  • Align corporate development efforts with long-term business goals, including M&A activities.

You Have

  • Proven experience (>8 years) managing large, complex projects in high-growth or technology-driven companies.
  • A strong strategic mindset with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership, finance, product, tech, and operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in business optimization and M&A is a plus.
