Overview

As head of the Exquisit Herren department you will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage a high‑quality assortment, and shape the department’s brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team, fostering motivation and talent development.
• Steer the department against sales, cost, and KPI‑driven performance targets.
• Ensure premium service quality during each sales interaction.
• Plan space layout and visual merchandising for optimal product visibility.
• Inspire customers through on‑floor presence and proactive selling.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners such as purchasing, visual merchandising, support, and HR.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training in retail, preferably in textiles, or a degree in business administration.
• Extensive leadership experience in fashion/lifestyle, ideally in the premium segment.
• Proficiency with retail KPIs and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and decisive presence, coupled with a positive, confident demeanor.
• High service orientation, enthusiasm, and self‑initiative.
• Strong network, trend awareness, and a keen eye for premium brands.
• Passion for luxury fashion and discerning clientele.
