What can you bring

• Energy Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of how tariffs and pricing work, ideally from an energy supplier, smart meter company, or a firm specializing in billing systems for energy companies.
• Product Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex products, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful results.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with billing software systems and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical improvements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market data and customer feedback, translating insights into strategic decisions.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, driving satisfaction, and fostering the adoption of green energy solutions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of energy market regulations and a proven ability to ensure compliance in product offerings.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German.
• Location: Willingness to be based in or relocate to Hamburg.

Your Impact

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our billing systems to deliver exceptional value to customers.
• Design and refine tariff models to remain competitive and aligned with industry trends, customer needs, and green energy initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and gather user insights to ensure our energy tariffs meet customer expectations and industry standards.
• Work cross-functionally and closely with Engineering, Product Design, and the Billing team to implement technical and strategic improvements.
• Align product enhancements with core KPIs to drive business success.
• Maintain adherence to energy market regulations and uphold transparency and trust in all billing practices and tariff offerings.
