About the role

Become part of our team as a Bauleiter (m/w/d) in Northeim! We are an innovative construction company passionate about extraordinary projects. With 13 branches across Germany, we undertake exciting projects—from massive main collectors to small renovations in narrow village streets. We need you to:

1. Manage up to six construction projects simultaneously, from initial planning to final billing.
2. Handle trenchless renovation projects independently.
3. Coordinate teams and ensure smooth operations.
4. Communicate with clients and partners to achieve optimal results.

Your qualifications

• Background in civil engineering, environmental management, or a related field? Perfect! No traditional background? No problem! We value fresh perspectives and welcome career changers passionate about bringing new ideas to our team.
• Technical affinity: Experience with RIB iTWO is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new software is essential. Show us your enthusiasm for technology and how you leverage it to advance projects.
• Soft skills: Organizational talent and excellent communication skills are key. Share examples where your communication made a difference. We seek self-starters who also excel in teamwork.
