A growing national property consultancy is seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Management Surveyor to lead and expand its presence in the South West. This is a senior role with the potential for Board-level involvement and offers up to £75,000 plus package, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead business development and grow the South West portfolio
2. Manage commercial property portfolios and client relationships
3. Oversee property maintenance, service charges, and lease renewals
4. Coordinate with FM teams, insurers, and utility providers
5. Ensure accurate property management records and arrears control

About You:

• Proven experience in commercial property management
• Strong client-facing and business development skills
• Ambitious, professional, and driven to grow a regional office
• RICS qualified (or working toward qualification) preferred
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider national team
