Head of Sales / VP of Sales for a Series A AI scale-up backed by top-tier VCs. Location: Berlin. Salary: up to €250,000 OTE (60/40 to 50/50 split). Base + bonus + equity (approx. €150k-€200k in equity). This is a rare opportunity to lead the commercial function, transitioning from a founder-led sales motion to a professional GTM motion, with direct exposure to investors.
With strong market traction, a €28M Series A in '25, rapid growth across Europe, and 100+ customers across 3,000+ sites, the company is scaling 3x annually and building a category-defining solution.
This is a Head of Sales role with a VP-level mandate on the entire GTM motion. You will work with ambitious founders, a mission-driven team, and high-caliber VC partners and advisors.
Salary Range: up to €250,000 OTE (60/40 to 50/50 split)
Direct Reports: 5 initially (3 SDRs, 2 AEs; 4 more being hired now)
Team Size: Scaling to 20+ soon
