Specialist (m/f/d) for the psychiatric outpatient clinic

Your Responsibilities

• Medical care and support of psychiatric patients
• Assumption of psychotherapeutic tasks
• Conducting individual and group psychotherapy
• Participation in the qualified practical training of assistant doctors, medical students, and interns
• Participation in projects and working groups, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional collaboration

Your Profile

• Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Initial clinical experience in a psychiatric clinic is desirable and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Dissertation is an advantage but not a requirement
• Willingness for further training and supervision
• You demonstrate value-oriented actions and a high level of empathy
• Your confident demeanor, team spirit, and flexibility complete your profile

The Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with 95 beds, 22 day clinic places, and an outpatient clinic offers comprehensive inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient diagnostics (including MRI and PET) and treatment options for the entire spectrum of (neuro-)psychiatric diseases for 217,000 citizens of the state capital. All relevant therapy procedures are available, e.g., acute and emergency treatment, psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, ECT, light therapy, biofeedback, animal-assisted therapy, acupuncture, socio- and movement therapy. Full training authorization for 4 years is granted.
