Global Head of O&M (m / f / d) Solar Projects

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement the strategic setup of the group’s O&M activities including the definition of target markets, target customers, service offerings, pricing strategies, etc.
• Organizational setup: Define and set up future proof organization to cover 24/7 requirements serving various technologies in PV/BESS.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and implement effective best practice initiatives to foster the group’s ambitious growth aspirations especially in Europe.
• Operational Leadership: Responsible for the setup, steering and overarching coordination, KPI setting, benchmarking and streamlining of the global O&M organization.
• Close collaboration: Work with the international O&M teams to implement best practice initiatives to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage local budgets, ensuring effective cost control, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality, environmental as well as health and safety requirements.
• Alignment: Implement unified software and hardware solutions.
• Reporting: Direct reporting line to group C-level.

Your Profile

• 10 or more years experience in international O&M organizations, preferably PV/BESS sector.
• Technical degree and profound technical expertise in renewables.
• Strong communication and intercultural skillset.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in steering diverse teams in matrix organizations.
• IT affine, experience with typical monitoring, asset management, workforce management solutions, as well as IT/OT security.
• Highly motivated, self-organized, and result-oriented can-do personality.
• Excellent English skills, additional languages appreciated.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
