Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

• Optimization and creation of support processes
• Processing and handling of customer requests
• Independent processing of tickets also in cooperation with the IT team
• Solution-oriented approach to new challenges
• Conception and creation of new ideas and processes for customer success for our different products

• Experience in Customer Success in e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong communication skills
• Zendesk knowledge is a plus
• Leadership and/or project management experience is a plus

What is the typical hiring process?

After your CV submission, our HR team will get in touch with you. The first call is to get to know the company and the position better; of course, you will get a chance to introduce your ambitious self then. After that, there will be a call with your future Team Lead, followed by a case study. The last step is to meet the team and visit one of our locations. We will always inform you about the next steps during the interviews.

How long is the hiring process?

We will get back to you within a week after your CV submission. If everything goes smoothly, the interview process can be finished in roughly 4-6 weeks.

What is it like to work at Wellster?

What language do people speak at Wellster?

The official language of the company is English. We operate so far only on the German market - so some people/departments must speak German. All other languages are super welcome to join “the most prevailing language” contest :)
