Delivery Excellence comprises several teams within Professional Services, all of which participate in or support client deliveries across our SimCorp service suite, including advisory/consultancy, managed services, and business services. As the Senior Director, Cloud Onboarding Project Management, you will lead our global team of Project Managers who are focused on onboarding our clients to the cloud infrastructure and successful transition into operations. This includes greenfield implementations, business service clients, and the migration of existing clients.
In addition to managing the team, you will work directly with our clients, for example, in project governance steering committees. Internally, you will manage stakeholders across related parts of our global organization, driving the adoption of processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the project management practice and Delivery Excellence. You will report to the Head of Global Delivery Excellence and work closely with the SaaS operations and cloud infrastructure teams in each of our Market Units in EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
