Senior Legal Counsel - Germany

Our client, a global technology MNC, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their German office. In response to continued business growth, they are seeking a bilingual German and English‑speaking in‑house lawyer to establish and lead their legal function in Germany.

In this role, you will advise senior leadership on a wide range of matters, including risk management, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and M&A due diligence. You will also oversee a small legal team.

To be considered, you must be a German‑qualified lawyer with solid training from a reputable law firm in Germany. Proven in‑house experience within the manufacturing, technology, and/or consumer sectors is essential. Hands‑on experience working across European and Asian markets will be a strong advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
