The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help our users understand and maximize the value of Lucanet. This strategic role is vital for driving results aligned with Lucanet's growth goals. You will build a deep understanding of our customers and optimize key parts of their journey for maximum value and satisfaction.

You will own product messaging, positioning, sales and partner enablement content, communication around new feature launches, and create tailored journeys for all customer segments.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, define playbooks, set KPIs, manage product launches considering regional and localization needs.
• Conduct studies and interviews to develop ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and the buyer’s journey framework.
• Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that demonstrate Lucanet's value as a leading financial platform.
• Own and produce product content through creative storytelling and innovative initiatives to showcase our solutions' value.

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in tax compliance or financial technologies.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in product positioning, successful launches, and developing customer-centric messaging.
• Experience in creating buyer personas, managing product lifecycle, and portfolio.
• Ability to identify market trends and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, presentation, and creative writing skills; proactive team player with responsibility and positive attitude.
