Job Summary
As a P&O Partner for the Consumer Health Business, you will align HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth, efficiency, and productivity across multiple geographies including Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, France & Germany. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand priorities, develop HR strategies, and lead initiatives that foster a future-ready organization. You will drive change, enhance organizational culture, and ensure talent availability through strategic workforce planning and capability building.
Responsibilities
- Partnering & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals; develop HR strategies and practices that contribute to growth, efficiency, and productivity.
- Future-ready Organization: Drive productivity through organizational effectiveness and design; create future-ready structures based on business strategy.
- Change Management & Culture Development: Lead complex change programs (including M&A and integrations); champion culture, employee experience, and engagement plans; guide through change initiatives with minimal disruption.
- Talent Strategy: Develop a talent roadmap, identify resourcing strategies and DEI considerations; ensure succession planning for critical roles.
- Capability Building: Identify capability gaps, collaborate with L&D CoE; enable career journeys for mid-management and above.
- Facilitate BU Priorities: Support central initiatives, provide HR input to project teams, and deliver data-driven HR analytics to inform decisions.
Job Information
- Trusted Advisor to Leaders: Coach and consult on talent measures, compensation, performance, career, and engagement; empower managers to handle basic processes and inquiries.
- HR Process Excellence: Govern continuous development of HR processes across the employee lifecycle; assist in budgeting and MPC budgets; guide partners on investigations, compliance, policies, and compensation.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Educational: MBA/Master’s degree in Management
- Experience: 10-15 years in HR, with 5-7 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder influence, analytical and problem-solving abilities, MS Office and HR software proficiency, knowledge of employment laws
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, high integrity, strong leadership, commitment to diversity and inclusion
English Language
- English: Very good written and spoken knowledge
