With major international expansion underway – including new production sites in the US, China, and more – the IT Logistics function is becoming increasingly critical.
Your Mission
As Global Manager – IT Logistics, you’ll:
- Lead and develop a team of 6 in IT Logistics (logistics process managers and IT application engineers)
- Drive innovation in global intralogistics and production IT, incl. AGVs & automation
- Implement a group-wide CAQ system
- Contribute to the digital strategy across a global production footprint
- Plan and manage budgets, processes, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across international teams with occasional global travel (~10%)

We’re Looking For
- Several years in a similar role, ideally in Medical Technology
- Experience in physical development of laboratories in medtech or similar
- Experience with intralogistics, lab environments, or automated systems
- Fluent in German and English
- A global mindset and readiness to support international expansion
