Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site operations team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee team scheduling and resource planning to ensure smooth collaboration with logistics, project management, and technical departments.
• Ensure high standards and timely execution of service and installation projects.
• Act as the primary contact for operational issues and escalates when necessary.
• Support onboarding of new team members and foster ongoing team development.
• Contribute to warehouse management, materials logistics, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Implement process improvements and ensure adherence to company-wide standards.
• Depending on your expertise, assist with technical work or project coordination.
• Collaborate with the sales team on technical inquiries and offer evaluations.

Your Background

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, security systems, or a related technical field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in security technology (e.g. surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; thrives in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project workflows, service operations, or technical installations.
• Reliable, committed, and quality-focused.
• Fluent in German with good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with digital tools (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office).
• Valid Swiss driving license and willingness to travel locally (Zurich or Basel region).
