The Role

We’re expanding beyond gaming to reimagine what digital experiences inside vehicles can be, and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for AirConsole’s in-car experiences — from insights to implementation.
• Conduct both qualitative and data-driven research to uncover user needs and validate ideas.
• Design intuitive interfaces optimized for smaller screens and in-vehicle contexts, where simplicity and safety matter most.
• Prototype rapidly in Figma (or other tools) and ideally with AI-powered tools to explore, test, and iterate concepts quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring your designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work independently and take creative ownership while staying closely aligned with product and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience designing for mobile, tablet, or in-car infotainment systems.
• A sharp sense for intuitive design and a deep understanding of user behavior.
• Mastery of a tool of your choice (Figma, Sketch, Canva, ...), and familiarity with AI design tools for ideation and rapid prototyping.
• Strong ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.
• A self-driven designer who thrives when given freedom and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Android Automotive OS or other vehicle infotainment platforms.
• Passion for gaming, entertainment, or cutting-edge in-car experiences.
